I have found creatine very effective without bothering with the
"loading phase". After 30+ years of letting myself go to pot after
participating in High School/College sports, I have begun exercising at
a gym with aerobic and weight lifting machines.
The rate at which I have been building muscle and increasing
strength has be pretty surprising, especially considering I have been
pretty lackadaisical exercising only 2-4 days a week for only an hour or
less. I certainly did not respond this rapidly to exercise when I was
physically in my prime. 30+ years ago.
Maybe I should mention that I also take a GH releaser formula and
DHEA as well as the usual array of nutrients, melatonin, DMAE, etc.
