Ain't that the truth. I think it's okay to eat meat every day, as long as
it's a secondary part of the diet. I find vegetables a more interesting and
easy to prepare food normally anyway, so for me it's no strain to keep meat
consumption down. But it certainly makes life easier to say "no, I don't eat
that, period"
Sometimes when I eat out I find that the lean meat dishes may actually be the
best food choice available. I think a chicken breast is a better choice than
creamed spinach or french fries.
