I think maybe he meant that Western media propaganda about Cuba paints
such a gloomy picture of Cuba that nobody wants to go to Cuba. Which is
possibly one of the flimsiest rationalisations anyone's ever offered for
anything on this mailing list, apart from that hydrogen powered car
thang.
