I flunked too. The parrot thing is either:
A. Nonsense
B. In code (you need to know the code to understand it or you need to be
clever enough to figure out the code in order to understand it).
My guess is A. (But, maybe that's because I don't know the code and/or I
haven't been able to figure out the code.)
