Well, there are plenty of books about the brain and neurology, but it is
hard to tell which would fit you the best. The "bible", at least here at
Sans and the Karolinska Institute, is Kandel, Schwartz et al. _Principles
of Neuroscience_. It contains almost everything (the drawback is of course
that it contains almost everything, and hence weighs around four
kilograms). There are many simpler and less heavy books, of course.
