An alternative would be to report only the differences in the test
results instead of the actual numbers. This would protect
individual privicy but still provide useful information. Results
could be provided either as absolute change or as percentage change
(but not both since that would give away the test scores).

Of course, using more than one kind of test is a good idea anyway.
