1. Gimbal mount tiny (1mm) fans in a flexible array. Should be do-able
by methods currently in use to make tiny silicon gears and the like.

2. Nanotechnology. Nanosystems states that electrostatic motors can
operate at around (or over) 10^15 watts per cubic meter. Think of it ...
finger sized turbofans... flying gloves if you like...
