During our early-transhuman stage (now), we can make enormous strides by
developing our physical and mental muscles. It makes sense to be as fit as
possible until advanced augmentations are available. I also appreciate this
view because it is actively using what tools have been used in the past
successfully, while we work towards future tools. For example, TM works
before yoga. Weight lifting works nicely after sex. Laughter works nicely
before or after an arduous debate -
