Actually, I think it's a very good thing that he can't sue and win. 60
minutes has as much right to irresponsible speech as anyone else, and I
for one wouldn't have it any other way. If there's any crime here, it
is that too many people buy into the pretense of objectivity of the
media, or expect the media to be fair. Far better we should teach our
children that /all/ speech is biased, there are /no/ reliable sources,
and you must make up your own mind. Caveat Lector.
