Vitamin Research Products finally offers DHEA, and I have been taking it
in
the mornings at the 50 mg level for about a month. My best guess is that
it
provides a slight increase in wellbeing and libido. However I am doing a
rather thorough multi supplement regime (most of the OTC items in
Donaldson's
book on life extension substances) which is only 2 months old, so it is
very
hard to draw any conclusions. I have recently upped the dosage to 100mg
daily,
and it's too soon to tell yet. I am 51, definitely old enough to benefit
from
it.
