        How about self-ownership instead of SO? As you might know, this
is the basic principle of Murray Rothbard's version of libertarianism. As
he has shown, it logically leads to anarcho-capitalism. However, the
principle itself is attractive to many who would not take it so far, esp.
those interested in cyrogenics, life extention, etc.

        An ideal basic principle for Extropianism.

        My basic problem with SO is that the violence, coercion, and
slaving which is the essence of the State and collectivism seems pretty
spontaneous in human behaviour.
