Yes, its a blue-green mudball. Yes people need to get along better. Yes,
ethnic and tribal tensions are rife, yotta yotta yotta, we have only one
earth etc..
Ideology plays a role inhow this mammal call homo sapiens sapien behaves. One
emerged ideology, or re-emerged ideology now contends that the earth (mudball
in question) be ruled by sharia- which for the uninnitiated is Islamic holy
law.
Yes, most muslims seem univolved in the direct struggle, as yet, to impose
their view on the rest of us. But "the rest" seem quite passive, in their
lack of opposition to Jihad, none the less.
For example, had 19 Jews hijacked airliners and crashed them into buildings,
I would feel comfortable in accosting the the offending party, and demand the
punishment of their sponsors. Bad is bad no matter who performs its. However,
there never has been a Peace Now movement amongst the Muslims, and Dr.
Arafat's soldiers seems quite comfortable with executing the few that show
"accomodationist" tendencies.
It seems ro be tacit approval , to this mammal. That is, most Muslims hold
that it must be "God's Will" in viewing their co-religionists acts of
violence in places like Pakistan, and Bali, and Moscow, and Nigeria, and
Indonesia, and Sudan, and other habitats around this blue-green mudball.
Notice that I deliberately used several examples that are unattended in their
connection to Arab-Israeli issues? That is because it is simple to do. That
is because we are facing, whether we enjoy it or not, a battle of rulership
over this blue-green mudball. I don't wish to live in Djimmi status, as a
subject of Sharia, and neither do the rest of the people on this list.
Now if Europe, or the Left, or Business-government elements on the Right
(chiefly Colin Powell, W's Daddy) disdain this struggle because it is
unpleasent, its not my fault. We may legitimately argue, why Iraq, why now;
for which my answer is oil, and Iraq being an Oil substitute supplier, to
Saudi, which seems to have been demonstarted as culpable, in their financing
of the global Jihadi movement.
Being culpable, Bush required a quicker substitute to Saudi Oil Since ANWR
(Alaskan) is untouchable, despite having the petroleum estimate revised
upwards 4 times since 1989, mayhaps toppling Saddam kills two varmints with
one stone?
But simply wishing we were all "travelers" on this blue-green mudball shan't
wish away the issue of determined, other mammals, sharing the mudball,
demanding you to put on the chador.
