I would disagree, industrially produced food tends to have lower culinary
qualities. Apart from ethical reasons as delineated in
<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/transhumantech/message/13277> nonindustrial
food simply tastes better. It's arguably healthier, too, but the taste
issue just settles it for me.

Actually, I can give you a Science paper which demonstrates that Swiss
hardcore biologisch-dynamisch is really good for sustainability, soil
specifically.
