Spam only works because so few people actually replies to them. If a
spammer sent out a million mails and got 100.000 replies, and only 2000
of those where actually real answers, then he needed to shift through
the remaining 98.000 manually to decide whether they where relevant to
him or not, I am pretty shure that spamming would soon stop.

All we need is an expert system that can reply for us. Something like an
advanced Eliza session.

A "Respam" button.

We should be able to just push the "Respam" button on our mail client,
which would then generate an answer for us.

The answer should seem interrested in the content of the spam, and ask
for more information. But should never promise anything.

When the scammer then replies to that mail, we hit the "Respam" button
one more time. And so forth.

I think this would actually work, as most of us have an evil streak that
would find pleasure in this approach ;-)
