If true, and I don't know, by your description those are statements by
particular individuals as to their intentions. They don't carry the force of
law. Like your comments they may be sincere in their beliefs but they are
still just one persons attitude.
Frankly, I agree with those people but with my opinion and two dollars
in hard cash you can get a cup of coffee.
