       You put your finger on something that has been bothering me. Maybe I
can return the favor.
       No one mentions the very real problem of the people having IQs in the
lowest 5%. A gentleman named Richard A. Epstein discusses their plight
somewhat in a book called Simple Rules for a Complex World. Mr. Epstein was
the Dean of the University of Chicago's School of Law. His book is about
the harm that an overly complex legal system does to our society. This
