I was unaware that Lawrence Lessig, currently a professor of Law
at Stanford, is attempting to overturn the 1998 Sonny Bono Copyright
Term Extension Act (otherwise known as the Mickey Mouse Preservation
Act). Though suffering two defeats in lower courts thus far the
Supreme Court is apparently going to hear the case.
