My Friend Samantha,
It is all over the news today and for the past several days that Bill
Clinton, with Congress in agreement, made regime change in Iraq official US
policy in 1998. So Mackay just found out, is that it?
But my question remains, by what manner of fortune telling did Mackay
sitting up there in the wilds of northern Scotland determine that Bill
Kristol's secret web site is the authetic source for all who want to know the
inside goals of American policy. On the face of it Bill Kristol's site is
open, above board and functions as a discussion group. If I were to
characterize Mr. Kristol's effort "secret" would not spring immediately to my
mind, although "boring" might. <G>
