The trick is to make the device rugged, tamper-proof, able to communicate via
many modes, programmed to store information so that like the nixon tapes the
blank spots don't interfere with fidelity.

If the market is worldwide and like macdonalds "Billions and Biollions are
served" there should be no problem to "Make it so" and iron out the bugs.

If the will to make this work is there the ways and means will be found!!!!!

The issue is that too much human resource is being deployed for security. Like
military technology, it has spin-offs ... but at what giant cost?
