That wouldn't explain property crimes by marijuana users,
as weed is a very cheap high. I suspect the hard core types
get to where they cannot hold a job, or rather cannot hold
one which would make enough to cover the rent. I dont
see chronic doping as compatible with a good brain job like
software development for instance.
Actually I agree with you however. Cheap webcams protect
the property better than a jillion expensive cops, then let people
smoke whatever they want, which becomes very cheap. spike
