I haven't read the URLs yet and don't know if I
will have time to do so but wanted to note that
it is useful to have possible productive vectors
posted to the list. With so much potential
downside, it is useful to have the upside vectors
so one can compare what may be different in the
specific situations.
I'd encourage you to make the information known
to divisions of the UN and/or the WHO since they
may be more able to leverage it into productive
development strategies than people on the ExI
list.
We need to get out of this mode of debating
between ourselves and move more towards a mode
of influencing the mainstream vectors.
