I'd be happy to read this, except for the facts that (1) it's out
of print, and the publisher seems to have no interest in producing
another paper version, and (2) The e-book is published in an
encrypted proprietary format requiring payment of tribute to
Microsoft or Adobe, and is not available for my computer anyway.
