Yep, totally agree. So do I. I never intended to imply that anybody
should feel guilty about anything; I only intended to point out there's
no sense in anyone claiming there isn't a massive gap between 'haves'
and 'have-nots'. There is. I was trying to define that gap more clearly.
(Most people seemed to think that the 'poor' are people who can't afford
televisions etc. I found that a bit short-sighted).

PS You know this 'eight posts a day' thing? If I do eight posts on
sunday in LA and get on a plane to the UK, when I get there it's Monday
(although still sunday in LA) -do I get another 8 posts? Tee hee.
