I got word via email TVGuide today that Fox is cancelling "Dark Angel."
Folks, this is the real deal re: speculative fiction on television.
Those of you who have seen it know that it is top-notch (James Cameron
vehicle, fer chrissake!). There will be no tying up of numerous loose
ends, either. It's a shame, especially since they'll be replacing it
with a "space opera," an honest to Pete space western.

I have written a letter to Fox network about it, asking that they
remember what happened with NBC and "Star Trek" (a remarkably similar
situation) and reverse their decision. I'm urging all you guys who like
good quality science fiction on the tube to do likewise.
