Ideas: electrode gel; tar; glycerine on a clear PVC sheet backing; garlic
juice (sticky but flexible); liquid latex. Tar might be your best bet for
sticking that long, but I make no guarantees about safety. There are various
tree-gum based products available from theatrical supply houses, or there used
to be.

You don't describe precisely how big the things are, what the contact patch
size and location is, what the doohickeys mass, or why you need to keep them
on for 24 hrs. The last one is the toughie.

People skin will sweat, shed, contract, expand and twist. Especially under hot
light, pro makeup people are used to doing very frequent touchups, sometimes
before every _take_ if conditions are challenging enough.

I am not here to have an argument. I am here as part of a civilization.
