Yup. Eskimos survive on a diet that is 99-100% meat. They may graze some
lichens and berries in the summer, but they get all their essentials
from eating organs that concentrate them: livers, brains, eyes, etc and
get their energy needs from seal and whale blubber, preferring it to
seal and whale meat (note also that most vitaminks are fat soluble, and
so blubber is a decent substitute for the cereals).

A diet I once used to lose weight that worked well while on it consisted
of nothing but greens/veggies and tuna alternated with chicken breast.
It's boring, but it does work, no matter how much you eat.
