Ah, Mike, since you seem to be hard on people who make suggestions
without doing the research for you, here's what a quick Google
turns up for "career management course":

DOI Career Manager
http://www.doi.gov/octc/

DOI stands for "Department of the Interior". I'm not sure
how useful this site will be. No certifications or anything,
so you may not even bother looking at it.

MBA Career Center/Career Management Course
http://www.cba.neu.edu/mba_center_course.html

You should seriously look at this. Northeastern University
College of Business Administration. Here's their blurb
right from the page, in case you don't go check it out
  yourself:

  | Career Management Course
  |
  | The career management course helps you take stock of your interests,
  | values, abilities, skills and goals to better package and market
  | yourself to employers. Successful completion of the course is required
  | for graduation.
  |
  | Students receive assistance in:
  |
  | * identifying skills, strengths and competencies
  | * matching skills to specific career paths
  | * communicating skills on paper and in person
  | * creating a strategic plan for an effective job search
  | * managing and negotiating job offers

They seem to be located in Boston, MA.

Career Management Course Descriptions
http://www.ccbc.cc.md.us/coned/OTC/career_desc.htm

  Baltimore, MD.

Career and Life Management Course - LTB
http://www.learning.gov.ab.ca/ltb/600/calm.html

Alberta, Canada. Course looks good, though.

And, if you really have a big hard-on for certifications,
Google for '"career management" certification' (double-quotes
actually used) turned up:

IBCMC - International Board for Career Management Certification ...
