I second that!
A couple of points of interest, especially for those not familiar with the
history of Kronos:
-- Chris Heward will be speaking on a topic deeply related to the Kronos
program at the Longevity Bootcamp next weekend (for those of you not going
to the Foresight event).
-- Chris introduced many of the scientific ideas behind the Kronos program
at Extro-1 and further at Extro-2.
-- It's easy to talk about improving longevity and health, but the Kronos
programs offers what seems to be the very best current program for
optimizing your vitality. They prefer to call this "age management" and
don't claim to extend maximum lifespan -- just to provide the most
personalized aging intervention.
