Nowadays I do all development using Opera. If it works in Opera, it'll
work in MSIE. Netscape is another case. MSIE will attempt to render
whatever it is given, and thus is not a suitable choice for a
development browser. Final testing must be done in multiple browsers and
platforms but imho Opera is the best for development.
