This would probably be useful if we had a very powerful, cheap,
non-portable method of generating energy, like Tokamak fusion, and still
don't have good enough batteries for electrical cars and such. Removing
CO2 from the atmosphere could be worthwhile, but I don't see it being made
into fossil fuel in any other scenario.
