Adobe Acrobat PDF is not a format that is designed to be edited. (Adobe
will be probably happy to sell you a tool to munge it, though. It's their
business model: free readers, everything else a premium). Notice that
blacking out text passages in PDF files is fraught with danger, as the
original info still remains in there (ditto with .MS Word .DOC documents,
which have versioning switched on).
