2) offer good advice (to follow example 1), plus stop fighting, of
course), from a distance, carefully avoiding becoming entangled
in the mess. (The easiest, and short-term safest solution would be to
just not let yourself be seen by any party, thus avoided to be
associated with by any of them with one of their enemies, similiarly
as you're avoiding raving looniacs on the street)
3) helping people to move away from there might help, but refugees will be
contaminated with traces of fanatics, so most countries would reject
them
