Actually, I must amend that statement. A certain percentage of
American citizens have more than a little to gain from having job
market for computer science grads flooded by foreigners. A certain
(small) percentage of Americans benefit a lot because they derive
their livelihood, directly or indirectly, from the purchasing (in one
form or another) of labor of engineers and programmers. In fact, these
people are in large part the faction that has accomplished said
flooding.
