If its 'red-blood-cell' sized then its ok. Nanorobots like the respirocyte
are slightly smaller than that (somewhat less than 1 micron).

There are other cells such as large motor neurons and muscle cells that
are *much* larger. Specifics counts (in part because a lack of specificity
gives the serious scientists something to throw sticks at).
