I predict that Mike (Alex's dad) will teach her a lesson by setting up a
website that pirates her webcam video feed, then getting it registered
higher in the search engine indexes than her site, thus siphoning all of
her ad income.... 12 year old temper tantrum to follow... resulting
either in Alex moving in with mom and the jerk, or a major cognitive
maturation.
