Only ten guys like Anders, Greg, Amara(one of the guys! lol), and Max in this wonderful world? Why not a million!! : ) I tend to think these folks are very one of a kind, and that the people of the future will not have been shaped in quite the same ways to produce folks very much like these four. But that is not to say we will see some absolutely incredible people come of age in the future.

We could live in peace with each other as humanity matures and spreads out into the universe. That would be pretty dang amazing!
I would leave it to Anders, Robert or Eugene to say what is beyond our reach! lol Perhaps Tipler's Omega Point is beyond us? Or maybe real trust and a state of peace among all sentient beings in human space? I don't know.
