SECURITY WARNING: sulfnbk.exe warning is a HOAX! Do not delete this file!

There is an old hoax that is making the rounds again. I have seen a dozen
instances of this in the last 24 hours.

WARNING! The message about "sulfnbk.exe" being a virus is a HOAX. The
message tricks you into thinking that you have a virus and asked you to
delete a normal file found in Windows 95/98/ME.
