I have noted that the signals' timing depends on time of day in some areas.
When I leave to visit my major customer at one time, I ALWAYS get stopped
by several lights. If I leave just a few minutes alter, I almost NEVER get
stopped.

Interestingly, the volume of traffic varies by about three to one over the
same period...must be lots of people all on the same schedule.

I like being an independent contractor...
