Fred is the patron saint of cows. Fred Tuttle, that is. See the indie
movie "Man with a Plan" about a Vermont cow farmer who runs for congress
so he can get that federal government health insurance for his wife's
knees. Fred ran for real a few years ago on the GOP ticket against Sen.
Pat Leahy and endorsed Leahy (even voted for him). You can still buy
"Spread Fred" bumper stickers...
