Then we have the elderly; unfortunately it is so that in one of the richest
countries in the world the elderly has become an expense in many counties.
We read about 80- and 90-year olds who are so frail that they sit in
wheelchairs and cannot live on their own. Regardless of this they have to
wait for years to get a place in an institution. They get showers every 14
days and elementary things like dry diapers cannot be taken for granted.
