I did not make up a question. I objected to a new FAQ question that
had been proposed in the thread (message from cryofan on Sat, 29 Dec
2001 20:16:58 -0600). The proposed question was very US-centric and
thus, in my opinion, out of place in a document aimed at a global
audience.
