Ok, I just added 2 machines to folding at home on team 346.
But I can't seem to find any way to access my statistics or username and
they aren't showing up on the Extropy.org team. Does anyone who has done
this know how long they take to show up?
Also, the Linux client is a bit simplistic. Has anyone got
a Linux script that will do a "Process Status" so I can see
things like virtual memory usage, resident memory usage,
process timing statistics, etc.
Of note is that I ran across "Genome@Home"
http://genomeathome.stanford.edu/
http://genomeathome.stanford.edu/using.html#goals
http://www.proteinscience.org/cgi/content/abstract/9/6/1106
This looks to be somewhat different from Folding, in that
they seem to be attempting to design proteins that are
similar to other proteins (almost like Nano@Home).
Also, does anyone have any idea what the form at the top
of the "User rankings" page is supposed to do?
Thanks,
Robert
For those that haven't looked -- the "Scientific Papers" page
