Made me wince:

A Bill with the intention of making human
cloning a specific criminal offence will be
introduced in the House of Lords.
It follows the High Court ruling which
upheld the ProLife Alliance claim that
human embryos created by cell nuclear
replacement (CNR) fell outside the
protection of the Human Fertilisation and
Embryology Act 1990.
Mr Justice Crane ruled an organism created
by CNR - the process used to produce
Dolly the sheep - is not an embryo and
therefore not covered by the Act.
===================
It's not an embryo? If this strange opinion gets accepted, it might imply
that a being grown from such an `organism' is not a human. But surely the
law is not such an ass.
