Because its is almost impossible to sue a State or state actor for abuse of
the system, I would go with this if there were massive Judicial reform.
### Yes, of course you are right - the present system, where you are not
even allowed to bring a camera to a police station, you are not allowed to
film the cop who is spproaching you, is not the right place for accepting
narcoanalysis.
Abolition of personal privacy is acceptable only if there is a massive
change in the governmental modus operandi towards (almost) full, real-time
transparency, as well as scrapping of most of the laws regarding victimless
crimes, like drug use, or prostitution.
