As far as I remember, though, GoldMoney doesn't verify. That
effectively makes the accounts anonymous and the information
voluntary.
I mean, come on, even the shady offshore pre-paid credit card
companies *technically* require proof of identity (though in that case
proof constitutes a faxed copy of your driver's license or passport).
