Tons of RAM, yes. Proper hardware memory management, no. I could imagine
a machine from some 10^6 embedded memory processors doing something
interesting. MMUs are only useful if you have to manage off-die memory.

AI is intrinsically computationally intensive. AI is pure number crunch,
though not floating point crunch.
