A good name, but as I said the last time it came up, I think the whole
idea is a red herring. The amount of resources needed to achieve this
could be used far more efficiently in making the ideals accepted in our
culture and implement them. There is much to be said for acting inside
society than outside it, trying to make a new one work.

Also, it shows that such projects easily remains on the drawing board
forever while people spend time making cool graphics of them or trying
to make money on the idea rather than on implementing it.
