I second that. While there is a social component of this list, and rumor
spreading is a popular higher primate pastime, we risk losing the
extropian part under the barrage of other quoted views.
I suggest that everybody think *carefully* the next time you are about
to post something about what the extropian relevance is. If it has no
relevance, drop the post. If it has a slight relevance, adapt the post
so that it is more relevant. One way of making posts more relevant is
to do a bit more than just quoting others; try to check the sources and
add an analysis from an extropian perspective.
(Extropian relevance of this post: 1) trying to improve communication
and discursive growth 2) pointing out the need for better epistemology
among humans and suggesting a very partial solution)
