I'm afraid I'm not the man for the job, Russell. IP law has always been a
black art to me. We do have a specialist on the list, a fellow who teaches
IP law. But this is the beginning of the school year up here on the top
hemisphere, so I imagine, Tom's pretty busy.
I hope to hunt back through the list this weekend and find the link to the
actual language of the proposed statute. I'll give it a close reading with
my generalist's eyes if I can find the time.
