High salarys are the result of certain parties having a "lock"
on the decision of how much to pay for each job. Naturally they
decide that their own job is worth more than others. Frequently
they even convince themselves that this is reasonable. But I
don't consider a facility at self deception to be worth big
bucks. So I see this as basically about power trips, and bullys
stealing other kids lunch money. Not anything honest or moral.
